Dan Carroll spent much time answering all my policy and premium questions. Dan was not only extremely patient and helpful, but he really went over and above in explaining my family's insurance coverage and helping us find ways to mitigate and manage costs in light of our specific circumstances. Dan really knows the ins and outs of the insurance business. Moreover, he is wonderful at working with customers and making matters less stressful. "I recently relocated out of illinois and canceled 2 policies, they never canceled the first time, reinstated the policy without my permission both at separate times. They’re so quick to take your money but give terrible service when its time to move one. I needed to call back twice to ensure it was canceled."

"I'm changing my rating because of the incompetence I've dealt with while trying to cancel my insurance. Despite being told by the branch that my policy was canceled, I was hit with a "missed payment" email three weeks later. Terrible communication and zero internal coordination. Save yourself the headache."
