"I'm changing my rating because of the incompetence I've dealt with while trying to cancel my insurance. Despite being told by the branch that my policy was canceled, I was hit with a "missed payment" email three weeks later. Terrible communication and zero internal coordination. Save yourself the headache."

"I have been with this office since 2019. The experience was acceptable during the first two years, but it steadily declined after that. My payments began changing frequently and increased significantly, despite having no accidents or tickets.
In June 2025, autopay stopped working for my auto insurance while continuing to work for my life insurance, even though both policies were linked to the same card. As a result, I had to repeatedly contact the office for assistance. I was repeatedly told that autopay should resume, but payments continued to require manual processing each time. The issue was consistently blamed on my bank, even though my life insurance payments continued to process without any problems on this same card. I contacted my bank directly and was informed there were no issues on their end. It made no sense that one payment would be blocked while the other continued without issue.
I dealt with this problem for several months. In October 2025, my payment amount unexpectedly doubled without prior notice, and the office was unable to explain why this occurred. I chose not to make both payments, as the situation resulted from an unresolved error that originated within the office. My payments had worked fine previously, which made the sudden failure of autopay on only one policy even more concerning.
Throughout this process, I encountered repeated excuses, a lack of accountability, and difficulty reaching anyone for meaningful assistance. I often felt my calls were avoided rather than the issue being actively resolved. I was also later informed that I should have been receiving Drive Safe credits toward my bill, which I never received.
Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I did not feel supported or valued as a long-term client. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone."
